1) Yellow taxi is a driver cabinet where duties will be available and 10% of duty amount has to be paid as office fees. Duty will be allocated only after the payment.
2) For each car the attachment fees is Rs.500 which is non-refundable.
3) Drivers should not share their visiting card and should not do any promotion regarding thier business. If anything is noticed from the management side the car will be removed and cannot be reattached.
4) If driver gets more than 3 penalties or complaints from the customer end the car will be removed by the management.
5) If the duty is cancelled by the driver after sharing customer details then the office fees is non refundable.
6) A driver cannot cancel more than 3 duties. Cancellation of duties more than 3 times leads to removal of car from the site by the management.
7) Driver should take duty only for their vehicle. If they wish to take duty for other person they have to register in the site. Only after all the approval process the duty will be assigned.
8)If the car owner assigns a new driver for the car, driving license of the current driver has to be submitted to the management.
9) Drivers should not collect extra amount from the customer. Severe actions will be taken in that case.
10) If insurance, fc is not up to date then duty will not be allocated in that case.
